Rules  賽事規則​​

1. Stay on marked course. No shortcuts allowed.

2. Runners must finish the race using their own power and are not allowed to have pacers. They may only receive support from their support teams at the checkpoints.

3. Number bibs and chips cannot be transferred to others.

4. Racing Bibs must be visible to race marshals.

5. Respect the beautiful HK Country Parks. Strictly no littering allowed; any runners caught littering will be disqualified.

6. Participants should prioritize their own safety as well as the safety of others, and should be mindful and considerate of other users at all times during the event. 

7. All cutoff times, unless otherwise announced officially, are straightly observed.

8. If a runner needs to quit the race midway, they must call the organizer and arrange their own transportation to the finish line to collect their belongings.

9. If there is any dispute or complaint, it must be reported to the organizer within one hour after the participant completes the race, along with relevant evidence. The decision of the organizer is final and there is no appeal mechanism.

10. CP staff would exert the right to stop a runner’s race if the runner’s condition is deemed unfit to continue. CP staff’s decisions are considered final. If an emergency evacuation is required, the runner would be responsible for paying for such service. Insurance policy covering emergency evacuation is strongly recommended.

Recommended Equipment ​

Arrangements for different weather conditions:  

1. If the No. 8 or higher typhoon signal is still in effect at 7:00 AM on the race day, the event will be postponed.

2. If the black rainstorm warning is issued between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM on the race day, the event will be postponed.

3. If the red rainstorm or thunderstorm warning is issued at 9:00 AM on the race day, the organizer will decide whether to start the race as scheduled, delay the start, or postpone the event, depending on the actual weather conditions in the race area.

4. In the event of extremely inclement weather during the race, the event will be terminated. Unless instructed otherwise by the checkpoint personnel, participants must return to the finish line to retrieve their belongings.

Remarks

1. No receipt service.

2. The conference has luggage storage (not responsible for any property loss).

3. Participants need to have sufficient training and rest before the competition, and pay attention to their own physical condition. If they feel unwell, they should not force themselves to compete.

4. The activity does not include any personal insurance. Participants are responsible for their own safety.

5. Once your registration is confirmed, no refunds will be provided.

6. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their guardian, fill out and sign the declaration provided by the organizer, and submit it to the organizer. They can only participate in the event after the organizer confirms the submission.

7. The organizer reserves the right to use any photographs or videos of participants taken by the event photographer. These images may be used for promotional purposes by the organizer, including (but not limited to) websites, social media, newsletters, or media releases. The images and videos may also be shared with third parties and event sponsors for their promotional purposes.

8. The organizer reserves the rights to amend the rules and regulations without prior notice.

1. 需跟隨已標記賽道，不可抄捷徑。

2. 跑手需以自身力量完成賽事，不允許陪跑，只可於檢查站接受支援隊伍補給 。

3. 號碼布及晶片不得轉讓別人。

4. 號碼布必需要掛於清晰可見位置，以供賽會識別用。

5. 愛惜香港郊野，請勿在賽道上拋棄任何垃圾。被發現遺留垃圾者將被取消資格。

6. 參賽者應為了自己和他人的安全著想，無論任何時間都應關心和顧及途中的其他使用者。

7. 除非大會特定宣布，否則所有關門時間將會嚴格執行。

8. 跑手若需中途棄賽，必需致電通知大會。棄賽者需自行安排交通到終點取回行李。

9. 如有任何爭議或投訴，必須在參加者完成比賽後1小時內通知大會，並提供相關証據。大會的決定為最終裁決，不設上訴。 

10. 任何經駐站人員診察後身體狀況不適宜繼續的跑手，駐站人員有權終止其比賽。駐站人員之決定為不可逆轉。如跑手之狀況需要緊急運送，該等運送費用需由跑手自付。大會建議跑手參賽前，購買包含緊急醫療運送的個人保險。

​​不同天氣情況之安排 

1. 比賽當天上午7:00天文台發出的八號或以上颱風信號仍然生效，比賽將會改期進行。

2. 比賽當天上午7:00-9:00天文台發出黑雨警告，比賽將會改期進行。

3. 比賽當天上午9:00天文台發出紅雨或雷暴警告，大會會視乎比賽區域的實際天氣情況而決定照原定時間起步、延遲起步或改期比賽。

4. 如比賽期間出現極端惡劣天氣，比賽將會腰斬，除非檢查站人員有其他指示，參賽者則需要回到終點取回行李。 

備註

1. 不設收據服務。 

2. 大會設有行李寄存(不負責任何財物損失)。

3. 參賽者需要在賽前有足夠的訓練及休息，並留意個人的身體狀況， 如身體不適，切勿強行出賽。

4. 活動並不包括任何個人保險，參加者須為自身安全負責。

5. 確認報名成功後不設退款。

6. 未滿18歲參賽者必須得到監護人同意，填寫及簽署由主辦單位提供之聲明並交回主辦單位，經主辦單位確認後方可出賽。

7. 主辦單位保留使用大會攝影師所拍攝的參賽者任何照片或影片的權利。這些圖片可能會用於主辦單位的宣傳，包括（但不限於）網站、社交媒體、新聞通訊或媒體發布。圖像和影片也可以與第三方和活動贊助商分享，用於他們的宣傳目的。
